About the Role:

This role combines administrative support with customer-facing responsibilities, offering variety and the chance to represent our company's friendly and professional image to clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Direct Bill Commission Downloads: Ensure commission transactions are processed smoothly.
  • Invoice Manual Requests & Direct Bill Commission Statements: Assist in generating invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Retrieve & Distribute Carrier Reports: Help manage and distribute important reports to support daily operations.
  • Client Interaction & Switchboard Management: Be the welcoming voice for our clients and direct inquiries to the right team members.
  • Backup Administrative Support: Step in to support your colleagues when needed, ensuring seamless office operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A high school diploma and at least three years of work experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, including an engaging phone presence.
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with using various software tools.
  • A well-groomed, professional appearance and a team-oriented mindset.
