As a Lead Client Relations Specialist within Epsilon's Travel Division, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing a selection of significant travel accounts. Your expertise will be essential in utilizing Epsilon's rich data resources to craft and showcase innovative marketing strategies, thereby boosting revenue and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
In your capacity as a Senior Account Management Executive for the Travel Division at Epsilon, your main goal will be to nurture and grow a portfolio of established accounts while strategically pursuing new clientele within the travel sector.

You will serve as the primary contact for designated accounts, effectively collaborating with both internal teams and clients to deliver customized marketing solutions. By leveraging Epsilon's comprehensive data resources, you will formulate and present impactful marketing strategies that align with client goals and cultivate enduring partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Account Management & Development: Oversee existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities within the travel sector. Act as the key liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Drive revenue growth from current accounts and support new client acquisitions by developing and presenting innovative marketing solutions utilizing Epsilon's data resources across various channels.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, deliver persuasive presentations, and lead the proposal drafting and negotiation processes.
  • Data & Digital Knowledge: Exhibit proficiency in Epsilon's data resources, digital solutions, and market trends to provide clients with state-of-the-art marketing strategies.
  • Sales Management: Maintain accurate records, provide reliable sales forecasts, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead Generation: Participate in lead generation initiatives and provide insights for the continuous enhancement of the sales process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in the data industry, ideally in direct sales to travel accounts.
  • Marketing Technologies: Strong understanding of marketing technologies and the ability to innovate for growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Business Development: Proven track record in driving business development initiatives and delivering effective presentations.
  • Omni-Channel Sales Strategies: Expertise in omni-channel sales strategies and execution.
