Job Description:

Kodiak Solutions Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare technology and proven experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness. Reporting to the CMO, you will play a key role in promoting our solutions to healthcare providers and other industries we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition and retention in the healthcare technology sector.
  • Product Marketing: Develop product-level marketing initiatives to support growth solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content that effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate leads and increase the sales pipeline, including webinars, conferences, partnerships, and targeted advertising.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product/business SMEs, and customer success to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and customer feedback.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and report on key metrics and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare technology or related industry.
  • Proven track record of developing successful omnichannel marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and marketing tools, including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Salesforce preferred.
  • Expertise with the most widely used Social Media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
