As a Marketing Experience Solutions Specialist within the North American Marketing team, you will be instrumental in defining how customers engage with our technology. Your contributions will include:

  • Overseeing the launch of new immersive experiences across various activation environments, effectively showcasing a range of IoT, Cloud, Hardware, and Software solutions.
  • Coordinating customer demonstrations at the experience center, ensuring all solutions are operational and configured to provide an immersive and optimal customer interaction with our technology.
  • Serving as the technical and solution authority for marketing initiatives, offering insights and feedback to product teams regarding necessary features or enhancements.
  • Collaborating with technical architects and solution engineers to gain knowledge of new technologies.
  • Working alongside the marketing team to design and implement technological solutions for Customer Experience Centers, showrooms, events, and trade shows.
  • Translating marketing requirements and materials into technical language and driving team efforts to design, build, and manage technology solutions that elevate our marketing strategies.
  • Customizing solutions to align with marketing objectives and integrating data into our cloud platform.
  • Documenting and tracking every aspect of the implementation process for marketing solutions.
  • Managing communications related to assigned marketing projects, particularly with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Qualifications

What we seek:

  • Experience:
    • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role, including enterprise sales, marketing, project management, and/or business development, with a focus on direct engagement with customers and account teams.
    • Proven track record in managing and executing customer demonstrations, events, or trade shows, emphasizing the delivery of immersive and innovative experiences.
    • Exceptional project management abilities: adept at meeting deadlines and delivering tasks/projects punctually.
    • Conversational expertise in IT, IoT, Cloud, and Software business trends (or the capacity to learn quickly) from prior roles in sales, marketing, or engineering related to these fields.
    • Experience in retail technology is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical comprehension of integrated hardware and software solutions, with the capability to translate these technologies into compelling narratives for customers.
    • Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
    • Customer-focused mindset: every decision prioritizes enhancing the customer experience.
  • Abilities:
    • Capacity to communicate effectively with individuals across various operational, functional, and technical disciplines and work within a virtual global team environment.
  • Education:
    • BA/BS in a relevant field: Marketing, Information Technology, or similar.
