About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager - Marketing Solutions at TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting our Marketing Solutions customers. You will work closely with our Vertical Sales Teams to ensure seamless onboarding, timely delivery, and resolution of technical queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with onboarding, on-time and to-spec delivery of their engagements
  • Act as the client's advocate to ensure their technical queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Work with market-facing teams to ensure client onboarding and integration activities are completed
  • Document and gather product requirements to support client onboarding and integration of TransUnion solutions with partners and clients
  • Manage timely and in-scope execution of deliverables
  • Develop and implement best practices and procedures to achieve efficiency and collaboration with partners and clients
  • Be the voice of the customer with internal teams: gather and prioritize customer product feedback and share with the relevant internal teams to ensure it's utilized
  • Be the subject matter expert for both clients and internal partners on TransUnion Marketing Solutions products
  • Support sales teams in ensuring your clients are billed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Log activity and events when needed through TransUnion's internal tools (such as Salesforce) accurately and on a regular basis
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer success or delivery operations
  • Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to perform VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Formulas and similar advanced functions
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Comfortable with the support of digital data and/or digital advertising with experience building client relationships
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership relationships simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including communicating with external clients and partner teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Experience working in startups is a plus
