About the Role

TransUnion is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Marketing Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with their onboarding, delivery, and technical queries, ensuring their success with our digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Vertical Sales Teams to support clients with their onboarding and delivery of our marketing solutions.
  • Act as the client's advocate to ensure their technical queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement best practices and procedures to achieve efficiency and collaboration with partners and clients.
  • Be the voice of the customer with internal teams, gathering and prioritizing customer product feedback and sharing with relevant internal teams.
  • Be the subject matter expert for both clients and internal partners on TransUnion Marketing Solutions products.
  • Support sales teams in ensuring clients are billed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Log activity and events through TransUnion's internal tools accurately and on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer success or delivery operations.
  • Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to perform VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Formulas, and similar advanced functions.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Comfortable with the support of digital data and/or digital advertising with experience building client relationships.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including communicating with external clients and partner teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Experience working in startups is a plus.
