Aon is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager - Human Capital Solutions to enhance our marketing initiatives.

The Strategic Marketing Manager for Human Capital Solutions will be responsible for executing marketing strategies aimed at driving demand for Aon’s offerings across North America. This position will oversee and implement coordinated activities aligned with specific growth objectives, focusing on HR buyers and dual sub-regions. Reporting to the North America Growth Marketing HR Buyer Leader, this role will collaborate with solution line and commercial leaders to develop a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that fosters growth for Aon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with growth marketing teams to design and execute integrated demand generation programs that yield marketing qualified leads.
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Centers of Excellence to manage event strategies, market entry program development, and the creation of sales support materials.
  • Serve as a primary contact between business leaders and the North America Marketing and Communications team to address marketing needs and reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Planning and Go to Market Strategy team to analyze metrics and report on program performance.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Aon brand, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in B2B marketing and communications.
  • Proven ability in crafting messaging and positioning for offerings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a focus on delivering programs efficiently and accurately.
  • Knowledge of business analytics, measurement, and reporting.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed organization.
  • High attention to detail and adept at managing multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a capacity to leverage data for program development and assessment.
  • Experience in HR Buyer, Health, Talent, or Human Capital marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.

The salary range for this position is targeted between $110,000 and $120,000 annually, with variations based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
