About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Cumming Group. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify target sectors, prospective clients, decision makers, and leads that support business plans and revenue growth.
  • Assist senior directors in gathering market intelligence and SWOT analysis during pursuits.
  • Maintain accurate data related to accounts, contacts, opportunities, and tasks within our CRM system.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing requirements and make recommendations for new reporting initiatives.
  • Coordinate with sales teams, marketing, and business development to maximize conference and event ROI.
  • Provide support during major key account pursuits, including preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and managing communication.
  • Utilize our CRM database to mine and report relevant data for business development purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with senior directors and profit center leaders to support business planning and market strategy sessions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business development efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously assess and optimize business development processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
