Business Development Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Overall Activities:

  • Product Promotion: Drive sales of CG Funds, particularly through NISA/DC channels.
  • Advisor Support: Plan and conduct workshops, role-playing sessions, and other training activities for advisors (sales representatives of banks, security firms, and IFAs) who sell CG managed funds.
  • Distributor Relations: Provide seamless support for promotions to all distribution partners, working closely with the Business Development Manager responsible for the relationship.
  • Investor Engagement: Assist Business Development Managers in organizing seminars for investors.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Base Salary: Receive a highly competitive base salary, subject to plan guidelines, restrictions, and vesting requirements.
  • Performance-Based Bonuses: Be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, as well as Capital's annual profitability bonus.
  • Retirement Plan: Participate in a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of eligible earnings.
