We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Business Development Professional to join our team at Third Bridge. As an Associate Business Development Professional, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and needs to provide tailored solutions and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and development.
- Strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
