This pivotal role encompasses the management of operations across several states, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Lead the strategic and operational planning for the organization’s senior living services.
  • Provide direction and leadership for all operational aspects within the designated territory, focusing on account management, growth, and client retention.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and board members, to enhance client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure that regional objectives are met by implementing effective solutions, metrics, and talent management strategies.
  • Drive a culture of excellence and accountability in service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze financial performance and operational data to inform strategic decisions and enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop innovative strategies to expand service offerings for both current and prospective clients.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in management roles, with a focus on multi-unit operations and strategic leadership.
  • A proven track record of operational excellence and the ability to drive business results.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
