Job Title: Senior Vice President of Operations

Arrow Security is seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as Senior Vice President of Operations. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement innovative operational strategies to enhance security solutions and ensure our clients' peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction to branch operations and serve as a critical resource across the entire operational structure.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve service quality, and drive profitability.
  • Oversee all day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize operational effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with clients to understand their security needs and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Train and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards governing security operations.
  • Manage the branch's operational budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet financial targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Security Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in field security operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of security industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred.
Compensation:

$250,000 - $285,000 Annually
