POSITION OVERVIEW

We are in search of a dedicated Senior Project Coordinator to manage property condition evaluations and oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, assessment, and completion of projects within established timelines and budgets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate the efforts of Partner ESI team members and, when necessary, Partner Associates (PAs) to ensure project delivery aligns with expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients to ensure timely and quality project outcomes.
  • Conduct periodic inspections as required.
  • Prepare reports as necessary.

DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews and quality control (QC) for all project components, including documentation and appendices.
  • Maintain communication with client relationship managers (RMs) and Professional Associates (PAs) regarding scope-of-work (SOW) and client expectations throughout the project duration.
  • Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and assessors in a timely manner.
  • Provide insightful recommendations and solutions to RMs and clients, considering the assessment's implications on the transaction process.
  • Identify and address project-related issues promptly.
  • Deliver regular progress updates (verbally or via email) and recommendations to RMs and clients.
  • Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and concerns effectively.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination of follow-up questions with PAs during the review phase.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Project Coordinator (PC) Group for Partner Associates' engagements and vendor-related items.
  • Address and respond to client requests for modifications in project scope.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Strong writing capabilities.
  • Ability to foster robust relationships within a team environment.
  • Understanding of due diligence principles.
  • Proficient in project estimation, proposal development, and quality assurance (QA).
  • Demonstrated expertise in due diligence consulting.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in architecture or engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting property inspections and preparing related assessments.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in performing quality or peer reviews on property assessments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending English.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone.
  • Visual acuity sufficient to perform job duties, including reading from printed materials and computer screens.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $99,000, reflecting our expectations for this role. Compensation decisions consider various factors, including skills, experience, training, and organizational needs. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus program based on individual and organizational performance.
