Essential Experience:

Our client seeks a project coordinator with expertise in:

  • Electric Generation Interconnection and New Business Connections
  • Application intake through Websites/Portals
  • Electric Operations within Utility sectors
  • Asset Work Management including Distribution Poles, Transmission Towers, and Substations
  • Familiarity with SAP PM, SAP EAM, and GIS technologies

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT project management, emphasizing staffing or resource management
  • Proficient in Project Development Management and Project Portfolio Management tools
  • Experience in project estimation
  • Expertise in scope and risk management
  • Conducting quality assurance reviews and inspections
  • Possession of PMI Project Management Professional certification or equivalent

Additional Information:
  • Preference for local candidates, but open to remote applicants
  • This role allows for remote work with periodic onsite meetings as required
  • Provision of client laptop for candidates within the service area; otherwise, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure will be used
  • Reimbursement for onsite meeting expenses may be available for those outside the designated area
