About the Role

Zurich Insurance Company Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Claims Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming inquiry calls, resolving complex claims inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve complex claims issues and provide clear advice to customers.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients to exchange information and resolve queries.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the team to improve customer care.
  • Follow procedures to ensure adherence to Zurich's risk and compliance policies.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required in the Clerical Support area.
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience.
  • Data entry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months or more of call center experience.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to type 32 WPM or more.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately.
  • Strong comprehension skills, professional demeanor, and solid oral and written communication skills.
