Job Responsibilities
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for investigating and verifying the details of complex automobile accidents. Your role includes determining coverage, liability, and damages while adjusting and negotiating claims within your authority limits.
We are looking for a Casualty Claims Adjuster with over 3 years of experience managing Attorney Represented Injury Claims in an insurance environment.
Key Duties:
- Conduct thorough investigations into all facets of intricate auto claims, exercising discretion and independence within an elevated level of authority.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of insurance policies and industry standards to inform decision-making.
- Assess potential subrogation or fraud risks and develop strategies for handling complex cases.
- Identify customer needs and deliver exceptional service using advanced communication skills.
- Recognize vehicle components and understand other potential property damages.
- For injury-related claims, develop skills to review, assess, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary adjuster licenses.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Advanced time management skills with a focus on global case management.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities; adept at recognizing issues from diverse sources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
The annual compensation for this role is $50,125.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
