As a Distribution Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on building trusted partnerships with distributors at the highest organizational level, driving overall sales growth.

You will ensure that our indirect channel partners aggressively represent and promote Luminys branded products in all their activities.

Additionally, you will support other Sales team members to maximize opportunities for growth in the channel.

Achieve revenue and profitability for Luminys Products as they are sold into all Luminys Branded segments.

Establish an environment and foundation for future sales growth by forecasting and driving inventory at the distribution level.

Direct the selling activities with targeted distribution promotions, focused on new product launches, overstocked merchandise at Luminys, and product life cycle.

Efficiently communicate with the regional sales team, working in conjunction with other Luminys business teams and the Luminys Partner Program to ensure attention and growth.

Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identifying trends that affect current and future growth of everyday sales and profitability.

Overnight traveling to client sites and events based on business needs.

Experience: 3-5 years of Security/Video Surveillance industry or related industry preferred.

Bachelor's Degree.

Excellent organizational and computer skills, including computer fluency in MS Office.
