Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Sales Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our brand image, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders, to support the sales process.
  • Promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally through various channels.
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages, including brochures and promotional materials, to support sales efforts.
  • Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
  • Assist the management team in developing, implementing, and executing revenue and marketing programs for all outlets and room service.
  • Develop and coordinate social media initiatives and beverage promotional programs to drive sales and revenue.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information, such as commissions, leads, and third-party data, in software related to the sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, answering questions about property facilities and services, and responding to requests and inquiries.
  • Coordinate reservation confirmations for special and holiday events for parties of six people or more in the restaurant.
  • Coordinate the sale of all food and beverage in hospitality suites through the Room Service Department.
  • Perform general office duties to support Champions and Room Service, including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
