Distribution Sales Manager, ISP

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Sales Manager, ISP to join our US Headquarters in Irvine, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, driving sales growth, and ensuring the success of our indirect channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals for TP-Link products sold through the indirect channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring they are aggressively representing and promoting TP-Link branded products.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team, other business teams, and the TP-Link Partner Program to ensure alignment and growth.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information to identify opportunities for sales growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the networking industry or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with managing Graybar, Power & Tel is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
- Working knowledge of B2B market segment with a 2-tier approach.
- Strong closing skills, with proven oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn and retain product-specific information and utilize it to position the features and benefits to customers.
- Familiarity with measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM.
- Able to travel as needed.
Benefits
