Gym Sanitation Manager

As a vital member of our facility, you will be tasked with ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for all gym patrons. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout the gym, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-organized.
  • Regular Cleaning Duties: Conduct routine cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting, while also disinfecting gym equipment and surfaces to promote health and safety.
  • Floor Care: Vacuum the entire gym to eliminate dirt and debris, ensuring a clean workout space.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal effectively.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, restocking supplies like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels as needed.
  • Locker Room Upkeep: Perform deep cleaning of locker rooms, ensuring they are disinfected and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Surface Cleaning: Ensure mirrors and windows are cleaned to perfection, free from streaks and smudges.
  • Equipment Care: Clean beneath gym equipment to prevent dust accumulation and maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Monitor the facility for any maintenance or repair needs, reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Equipment Condition: Ensure all gym equipment is functioning properly, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and helpful service to gym members, assisting them as needed.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to foster a secure environment for everyone.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour
