Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Travel Operations to join our team at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for our Agency initiatives and Business Operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business analytics efforts, including outlining reporting concepts, data logic, and validation of reporting dashboards and reports.
  • Manage controls and QC through analysis of new and existing business line operations processes, financial processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee Travel Agency Financials, Budget & Forecasting, including liaising with the finance team to ensure accurate recording of financials into the Travel accounting system.
  • Manage Data Security through developing measurement plans for data security concepts, developing data security policies, and analyzing compliance.
  • Lead Sales Support & Business Operations, including analysis of new and existing business line and company operations processes, and overseeing the development of policies and procedures within Business line directives.
  • Manage Travel Agency Technology, including working with the IT/Travel tech team to identify, acquire, develop, and launch new technology.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and direct processes and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conceptualize and identify market trends and develop appropriate marketing tactics to support Club sales goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build, manage, and maintain strong professional relationships and a team atmosphere.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's plus 6 years or High School diploma plus 10 years of experience working in a service environment with project management and operations experience, 3 years of Management Experience, and 2 years of experience in Travel Required.
