Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making

Financial Reporting and Compliance
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the Pet Segment CFO and General Managers
  • Maintain compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies and procedures
Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team to support business objectives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Business Partnership and Collaboration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing
  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive business growth and profitability
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a comparable position
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team development and coaching
