Job Title: Senior Business Development Director, Federal Civilian Markets

Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Director to lead our Federal Civilian Markets team. As a key member of our Federal Solutions segment, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Department of State and Federal Civilian markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a multi-year, multi-billion-dollar quality pipeline.
  • Lead business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities in the Federal Civilian markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies and plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Federal Civilian markets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to proposal teams from inception to completion.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 15+ years of diversified experience in the Federal Civilian markets, with a proven track record of selling and delivering technical services to Department of State and other related federal organizations.
  • Strong understanding of market development, capture process, proposal development and pricing, contract terminology, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to represent the Company favorably and develop new clients.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $165,000 - $310,000.
  • Opportunity for incentive compensation.
