- Develops and implements financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Leads a team of Business Planning Analysts to deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis.
- Analyzes complex financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provides guidance on data-driven decision making and identifies areas for process improvement.
- Maintains relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of Accounting/Business Planning/Finance experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Management experience.
Estimated salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year based on location and industry standards.
