About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Corporate Group Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive corporate group business to our luxury hotel. If you have a proven track record of success in sales and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a branded hotel setting. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role, as well as self-motivation and excellent organizational abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus a 20% annual bonus. Comprehensive health benefits, a 401k plan, and career development opportunities are also offered. The estimated salary takes into account the location on the East Coast and the company's competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive corporate group business to the hotel.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry contacts.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to create innovative sales strategies.
  • Prepare contracts, proposals, and reports as needed.
  • Represent the hotel at industry conferences and networking events.
