Position Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the initial point of contact for our guests, embodying the warm and inviting atmosphere that defines our service. Your exceptional customer service abilities and meticulous attention to detail will ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and pleasant experience from arrival to departure.
- Welcome guests: Greet visitors as they arrive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while providing comprehensive information about our hotel’s offerings and policies.
- Manage reservations: Oversee room bookings, confirm guest details, allocate rooms, and communicate any special requests to the appropriate departments.
- Deliver outstanding service: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive and inviting environment.
- Handle transactions: Process payments accurately, verify payment details, and manage financial transactions, including cash handling and coordination with the finance team.
- Facilitate communication: Act as a central communication hub, relaying messages between guests and various hotel departments while maintaining precise records of guest interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer proficiency.
