We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative II to join our team at Maximus. Key Responsibilities- Conduct face-to-face and virtual outreach and enrollment services, educating clients on managed care options and public health programs.
- Assist clients with the enrollment/transfer/disenrollment process, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Interface and maintain professional relationships with county staff and clients, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Conduct appointments to assist eligible consumers complete their Medicaid application, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist Call Center Operations and other departments as determined by project management, meeting business needs and exceeding performance standards.
- High school diploma or GED required, with 6+ months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior work experience in customer service, data entry, and/or data processing, with a strong understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Some college or college degree preferred, with experience working with New York Medicaid and/or customer service or related positions.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must have their own laptop/computer equipment with Windows 10 Operating System or above, reliable high-speed internet service, and meet minimum download and upload speed requirements.
