Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive, Small Practice to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be working on the teams that are being tasked with solving the problems in the U.S. Healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently close new business while managing/growing existing relationships.
  • Manage and build a robust opportunity pipeline.
  • Lead clients through a full sales lifecycle from prospecting to outreach to building a business case to negotiation and contract completion.
  • Conduct discovery calls with customers and prospects to understand organizational structure, key decision makers, procurement processes, IT systems, and document workflow.
  • Take ownership in personal development to grow your career at MedBridge.
Requirements
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant sales experience with proven success in prospecting, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and managing complex sales structures.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with tenacity, integrity, accountability, and enthusiasm is crucial for success within the business development team.

Compensation

Salary Range: Base: $55k Commission: 45k OTE: 100k
