We are collaborating with a distinguished organization leading the charge in the renewable energy landscape, specializing in the innovation and commercialization of hydrokinetic energy technologies.

Their vision is to revolutionize the energy sector by harnessing the potential of aquatic resources while safeguarding the interests of communities, ecosystems, and stakeholders.

They are dedicated to fostering a positive influence in every region they operate, aiming to reshape perceptions of waterpower by delivering solutions that prioritize the health of aquatic life and natural habitats.

Currently, they are seeking a Vice President for their subsidiary, which focuses on the manufacturing, marketing, and installation of hydropower systems.

In this role, you will hold comprehensive profit and loss accountability and will be responsible for overseeing the development and operational management of hydropower system sales and projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage profit and loss oversight and strategic direction.
  • Articulate the business strategy to the executive board and lead its execution.
  • Supervise the development of modular, engineered waterpower solutions.
  • Oversee project delivery, vendor, and subcontractor collaborations.
  • Establish robust partnerships with project owners, developers, and utility companies.
  • Manage client relationships in the hydropower sector and represent the company at industry events and forums.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline (Master's degree is advantageous).
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience in hydropower and/or marine energy sectors is desirable.
  • Proven track record in managing sales, engineering, and construction project teams.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to operate within a complex organizational structure.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Recognition and leadership roles in hydropower industry associations are highly regarded.
