VP of Technology Responsibilities:
Lead the formulation and execution of Okny's technological vision, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry developments.
Oversee research and development initiatives, particularly focusing on advancing artificial intelligence technologies.
Collaborate closely with the CEO and Design Chief to ensure seamless integration of technology into our products and services.
Manage the technology team, nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and human-centric design.

Ensure compliance with technology standards, best practices, and data security protocols.

VP of Technology Qualifications/Skills:
Demonstrated experience as a VP of Technology in a dynamic and innovative setting, ideally within a startup.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication capabilities.
Ability to articulate technical concepts in business terms, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).

Comprehensive knowledge of software engineering, including languages, frameworks, and industry trends.
