We're looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Generalist to join our team at 80 Acres Farms. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment where you will have the chance to make a real impact on the growth and success of our company.

About the Role
This is a critical position within our organization, and we are seeking someone who has a strong background in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive and productive work environment for all employees, which includes developing and implementing effective strategies to improve employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leadership development, and compliance. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Additionally, you will work closely with our farm operations team to cultivate a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, continuous learning, high performance, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leadership development, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, etc.).
  • Work closely with our farm operations team to cultivate a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, continuous learning, high performance, and inclusion.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
