Client Relationship Manager, Healthcare

Job Overview: The Client Relationship Manager is tasked with cultivating and sustaining connections with both new and existing clients or partners, aiming to consistently achieve or surpass designated sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed quotas for assigned low-risk, low-impact existing or prospective clients or partners.
  • Accurately represent and communicate sales forecasts in real-time.
  • Engage with clients regularly to foster and maintain business relationships; utilize marketing initiatives to generate leads.
  • Address non-technical client inquiries, including product information, pricing, maintenance, and billing questions.
  • Collaborate with team members on accounts; ensure timely resolution of issues escalated from assigned accounts.
  • Document all client account information in the CRM, including opportunities, commitments, significant conversations, or sales calls.
  • Enhance knowledge and awareness of best practices and market trends; develop an understanding of the business and technical needs of clients.
  • Engage company specialists and support resources as necessary to advance opportunities.
  • Participate in and contribute to client and industry events as required.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Associate's Degree.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Skilled in opportunity management and account planning tools.
  • Able to establish rapport and gain the trust of others.
  • Capable of achieving consensus across various departments and leadership levels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
  • Organized and adept at successfully managing multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive work to completion.
  • Collaboration skills, effectively applied within teams as well as with other areas.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the role.

Travel Requirements: Up to 5% travel time.

Compensation: Based on individual states' employment laws, the salary range is $67,000-$91,000, with eligibility for bonuses and benefits.
