In this capacity, you will serve as a representative of our offerings within the industry, sharing best practices, insights, and resources. Qualifications and Skills Required

  • An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of influencing and navigating executive-level business leaders, both internally and externally across various functions and sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge of intermediary clients, particularly RIA models, with a demonstrated ability to consult with executive leadership and drive actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain robust client relationships across diverse client groups, including marketing, relationship management, technology, product, and client experience.
  • Possession of Series 7 and 63 licenses, with the requirement to obtain them within 90 days.
  • Exceptional senior leadership communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and critical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by a sense of humor and balanced perspective.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong drive to take initiative.

About Our Team

Fidelity Institutional (FI) offers a wide array of clearing, custody, brokerage services, investment products, trading capabilities, and consulting services to registered investment advisors (RIAs), broker-dealers, banks, insurance companies, retirement record keepers, and DCIOs. This role collaborates closely with sales and relationship management teams, as well as internal business partners within FI and the broader Fidelity organization, serving as a conduit to Fidelity's products and services.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $124,000-$262,000 per year. Placement within this range will depend on job responsibilities, geographic location, the candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only one component of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility criteria, the offer may also include bonuses or other variable compensation.
