ROLE SUMMARY

The Clinic Operations Director (COD) is responsible for steering all operational facets of the clinic, ensuring that it consistently achieves or surpasses a revenue benchmark of $100k per month. This role emphasizes both immediate and long-term objectives, alongside the development of the clinic and its personnel.

The COD is an integral part of the sales team, conducting consultations to drive revenue, address client concerns, and positively impact patients' lives through our offerings.

In addition to individual sales targets, the COD will oversee clinic standards, driving business objectives, assessing team performance, and analyzing outcomes. This position entails recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating team members while delivering effective training.

The Clinic Operations Director will manage the clinic's profit and loss statements and collaborate closely with the Medical Provider to enhance profitability and ensure optimal patient satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operational activities within the clinic, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Maintaining a motivated and effective team.
  • Optimizing staff roles and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Implementing company-wide initiatives and managing inventory of products and supplies.

Accountable for the clinic's profit and loss, focusing on:

  • Driving new patient acquisition and retention.
  • Enhancing patient satisfaction to boost revenue.
  • Managing controllable expenses to meet profitability targets.

Lead and support patient care and sales teams to ensure that business, profitability, and retention goals are achieved.

Coach and develop new sales team members to meet established performance standards.

Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction through continuous service improvement.

Foster a KPI-driven culture emphasizing critical performance metrics such as retention and lead generation.

Implement effective strategies to promote positive team dynamics through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training.

Build and maintain a high-performance culture by attracting, developing, and retaining a motivated workforce.

Encourage collaboration and accountability, focusing on career development for employees.

Assess employee performance, emphasizing growth opportunities and making recommendations for promotions.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of all Options programs and act as a subject matter expert.

Ensure all clinic staff are updated on new programs or changes and train them to become knowledgeable resources.

Be capable of performing the roles of all other clinic staff and provide backup support as necessary.

Collaborate with the Regional Director to set short-term objectives and long-term goals.

Review operational results against company objectives and take corrective actions as needed.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA protocols.

Perform additional duties that align with the organization's mission.


Availability:

Must be available on weekends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

A minimum of five years in a management role within the weight loss, retail, medical spa, or similar industry is required.

Three years of experience in a sales position.

Three years of inventory and budget management experience.

Three years of experience in people management, including setting and achieving quotas.

Two years of experience in interviewing and selection processes.
