Our Squad Leaders are collaborative business innovators dedicated to helping individuals navigate intricate challenges within the healthcare sector.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Collaborate with design and research teams to create digital solutions that aid our clients in making informed healthcare choices.
  • Establish and manage OKPIs to evaluate and monitor business performance.
  • Guide a team of engineers in developing products and features that enhance customer experience, even without formal authority.
  • Equip our sales, service, and operations partners with the necessary documentation and training to effectively utilize the features you develop.
  • Work alongside our Product Area Leader and stakeholders from UXD, development, sales, operations, and channel management to formulate a 3-12 month strategic roadmap for your Squad.
  • Gather insights from affected stakeholders in various forums to ensure that solutions align with user requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by regularly collaborating with Squad members and Chapter Leaders to align on resource needs, skill enhancement, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Leadership team to establish and expand a new Fidelity business that could significantly impact many lives.
  • Exhibit a strong customer focus and a commitment to deepening your understanding of client and associate experiences.
  • Experience in the Medicare or health insurance sector is advantageous.
  • Employ a data-driven approach to assess customer needs, translate strategic goals into actionable plans, and prioritize efforts to enhance value delivery.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, practices, and tools such as JIRA, Mural, Confluence, or MS Teams.
  • Identify, communicate, and eliminate obstacles to progress.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead, influence, and inspire colleagues without formal authority, with a proven history of cultivating high-performing teams.
  • Understand design thinking principles and apply human-centered design methodologies to make empathetic business decisions.
