Account Executive, Outbound Sales Professional

Dun & Bradstreet is a leader in data analytics, and we're looking for a talented Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for acquiring new logo customers in the small business segment through outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities- Grow revenue by identifying new logo opportunities through targeted prospecting and appointment setting.
- Effectively balance new lead generation with follow-up efforts to maximize sales conversion rates.
- Develop a strong follow-up plan to increase efficiency and sales conversion rates.
- Conduct needs-based assessments and transition customers to the best product and solutions.
- Maximize each opportunity identified from assigned campaigns while meeting daily metrics.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce to support territory, account planning, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quota objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on all products and solutions offered by Dun & Bradstreet.
- Adhere to all compliance policies, trainings, and procedures while interacting with customers.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and build strong relationships with team members, leaders, and business partners.
- Understanding of high-impact coaching tactics and experience coaching others for success.
- Assertive, persistent, self-motivated professional with a positive attitude and limitless energy.
- Aptitude for quickly grasping selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota and ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-energy sales environment.
- Experience selling intangible products and/or inside sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
