Job Summary

The Head of Outbound Franchise Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the outbound and referral franchise sales strategy to recruit experienced property and casualty insurance agents. This position demands a strategic mindset, coupled with a robust background in outbound sales, management, and overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and scale an outbound prospecting program targeted at property and casualty insurance agents, leveraging phone, email, and social channels.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align goals with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees and diverse stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all franchise regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve the outbound sales process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, with a demonstrated track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to implement effective outbound sales strategies, manage complex sales processes, lead high-performing sales teams, and cultivate strong relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the franchise industry, including legal and operational aspects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees and diverse stakeholders.
