Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Greenshades Software. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for new and add-on sales in your assigned territory
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the payroll or HCM industry
  • Strong understanding of software sales and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
