Staffing Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Staffing Sales Account Executive to join our team at AppleOne Employment Services. As a Staffing Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, identifying staffing needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure successful placements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.
- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for client openings.
- Screen and refer qualified candidates to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient placement processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and recruitment strategies.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
