Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement food service initiatives and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Follow company guidelines and operational procedures diligently.
  • Supervise the retail team to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  • Ensure the store is clean, food safety standards are met, and merchandise displays are appealing.
  • Complete assigned duties efficiently and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in food service or retail management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • ServSafe Certification or a commitment to obtain certification.
  • Physical capability to lift and remain on your feet for extended periods.
