Job Overview

Mobis North America, a pioneer in innovative technologies, is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our Electrification division in the North American sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Expanding the market presence of Electrification products.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of products, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Chassis sector.
  • Assisting in the formulation of product and customer strategies to establish a unique market position.
  • Developing optimized investment, marketing, and go-to-market strategies aligned with product objectives.
  • Supporting product strategies to ensure effective implementation.
  • Building and nurturing collaborative relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Overseeing all activities related to New Business Acquisition and the Quote Process.
  • Leading negotiations regarding pricing, claims, or contracts with clients.
  • Managing sales invoicing, accounts payable/receivable tracking, and other administrative functions.
  • Conducting pricing analyses and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Representing Mobis in client meetings.
  • Coordinating with teams in Korea.
  • Collaborating with Key Account Executives, Electrification Team Members, and Manufacturing and Program Management teams.
  • Working closely with Engineering to facilitate customer technical evaluations.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-5 years of experience in an OEM commercial contact or sales role, or equivalent.
  • Sales support experience.
  • Knowledge of Electrification (ePT) systems is preferred.
  • Experience in negotiating terms related to intellectual property rights and purchase orders.
  • Proficiency in computer technologies, including Windows and XP Operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with individuals at all levels.
Education

A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering is preferred.

Travel Requirements

Occasional international and local travel may be necessary.
