We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at REDFINE REAL ESTATE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and administrative support to our real estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Receptionist Duties:
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling and basic administrative tasks
- Transaction Coordinator Duties:
- Oversee transactions from contract to closing
- Coordinate with all parties involved
- Track deadlines and maintain accurate records
- Supporting Team and Realtors:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and marketing preparation
- Assist with client communication and team coordination
- Support research and data collection for realtors
- Reporting to Operations Manager:
- Provide regular updates and reports on projects
- Assist with process improvements and resource management
- Support in preparing reports and presentations
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background in real estate is required for this position
- Real estate license preferred
