Key Responsibilities

  • Receptionist Duties:
    • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls

  • Transaction Coordinator Duties:
    • Oversee transactions from contract to closing

  • Supporting Team and Realtors:
    • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and marketing preparation
    • Assist with client communication and team coordination
    • Support research and data collection for realtors
  • Reporting to Operations Manager:
    • Provide regular updates and reports on projects
    • Assist with process improvements and resource management
    • Support in preparing reports and presentations

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background in real estate is required for this position
  • Real estate license preferred
