Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Pride Mobility Products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share within a defined region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and exceed sales expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinicians, and rehab centers to increase sales and clinical preference
  • Collaborate with Rehab Product Specialists to grow direct Complex Rehab Referrals and develop business growth plans
  • Provide business development through provider revenue meetings, rebate discussions, pricing agreement reviews, education, and training
  • Manage the demands of providers and facilities, ensuring adequate supply of up-to-date demos and product information
  • Assist in evaluation of products through in-home, provider, or rehab facility visits and provide Regional Executive Summaries for top accounts and rehab facilities
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to develop strong relationships and creative growth strategies with disability associations and national accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong presentation skills on related product lines and continue to develop and expand relationships with regional and national accounts
  • Assist with staff management, documenting and communicating objectives, positively impacting employee morale, motivating team members, and assisting with quarterly appraisals
  • Partner with the Clinical Development team to carry out corporate objectives within the region to increase clinical preference, sales, and clinical pull
  • Ensure compliance and advocate for Pride Mobility Products/Quantum Rehab Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action placement and utilization goals and hiring benchmarks through non-discriminatory employment practices
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in rehab sales or with seating and mobility in the clinical rehab industry
  • Associate Degree in a related field or High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of required experience
  • Excellent solution-based follow-through skills, excellent training skills, and excellent web navigation skills
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced working knowledge of seating, positioning, and equipment considerations for the common diagnosis in the rehab community as it applies to Stealth and Quantum products
  • Intermediate knowledge and understanding of clinical diagnosis terminology
  • Advanced knowledge of the clinician's role in equipment considerations and the decision-making process in rehab facility systems
