Regional Sales Leader

About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the South East region.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for product launches and managing product specifications to drive sales and profitability targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the lighting industry or electrical fields, with a strong understanding of high-performance lighting technology and its applications.
Key Qualifications
- Experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of driving business growth
- Strong understanding of the lighting industry and its applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
