**Job Title:** Strategic Philanthropy Development Manager

**Job Summary:

  • The Development Manager, Planned Giving, plays a pivotal role in securing financial support for Chinatown Community Development Center by developing and executing strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward planned gifts. This role requires a skilled and experienced professional with a deep understanding of estate planning, tax regulations, and financial vehicles pertinent to philanthropic giving.

This position reports directly to the Director of Resource Development.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of Planned Giving Programs: Develop and execute comprehensive planned giving programs with clearly defined objectives for the next one, three, and five years.
  • Cultivate and solicit gifts for campaigns and special projects.
  • Work with the Resource Development team to develop strategies to acquire new donors and increase revenues through special events, direct mail, and other initiatives.
  • Plan, organize and execute special events, including the annual gala, Lunar New Year Luncheon, building celebrations, and other fundraising activities.

**Requirements:

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, attentive to detail, accountable, and results driven.

**Salary:** $93,409 - $98,325 per year
