The starting salary ranges from $42,000 to $53,707.50 annually, equating to approximately $26.65 per hour. To promote work-life balance, compensation is structured around our standard 38:45-hour work week. The salary offered is contingent upon skills and qualifications, with the upper range reserved for candidates with substantial relevant experience.

Our Claims Support Specialists are dedicated to guiding our clients through the claims process while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to clients in a dynamic call center environment
- Providing personalized, compassionate, and straightforward interactions
- Proactively investigating claims
- Applying policy coverage accurately
- Documenting claim files with precision
Multiple Claims teams are hiring, and you may be considered for various opportunities that align with your skills and qualifications.
QualificationsCompetitive candidates will exhibit the following:

- Ability to multitask across various technical platforms
- Strong sense of accountability
Work hours are subject to ongoing evaluation and may change based on business needs. Successful candidates must be flexible with work shifts and may be required to work overtime or irregular hours.
All employees must complete required training, including applicable licensing exams and background checks as mandated by various states.
All employees in support and professional roles selected for a Claims position will have a time-in-role commitment (6 months for promotions, 12 months for lateral moves) starting from the effective transfer date, which must be fulfilled by the end of the posting period for any other State Farm positions. Exceptions to this commitment may be considered on a case-by-case basis, in line with business needs and management approval.
