We are currently seeking Insurance Claims Support Specialists to enhance our team.
The Insurance Claims Support Specialist will be tasked with:
- Guiding customers through the claims process and addressing inquiries related to claims.
- Providing accurate information to insured individuals and claimants regarding their policies and claims.
- Developing a foundational understanding of insurance policies to effectively respond to policy-related questions.
- Maintaining call volume in alignment with departmental objectives.
- Assisting with administrative duties to support adjusters in the claims process.
- Reviewing and processing vendor payments.
- Collecting loss notices from claimants and insured parties.
- Offering support to the Dispatching Department and the main office.
- Participating in special projects as assigned.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Essential:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Administrative experience, including proficient typing/data entry skills (minimum 30 wpm).
- Experience in the insurance field is advantageous.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
