Role Summary: As a data and operations specialist, you will oversee a large client services team, ensuring the preparation of essential reports and professional presentations for clients and the Head of Client Services. Your role will involve supporting Sales and internal teams by providing timely claims information to meet client objectives. You will play a crucial role in operations, change management, and the strategic direction of Client Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all regional business activities, focusing on achieving established Key Performance Indicators.
  • Generate and maintain ad hoc SQL and Excel reports for various stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement Client Promise Plans tailored to each client, ensuring alignment with revenue growth objectives.
  • Maintain organized files, databases, and SharePoint sites as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Client Services to oversee project management for Client Services initiatives.
  • Drive program changes in accordance with established management plans to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Manage integration initiatives resulting from mergers, acquisitions, and operational transformations.
  • Identify operational trends and efficiency opportunities, collaborating with leadership to formulate action plans.
  • Assist in budget reviews for client engagements and support resource allocation to meet financial goals.
  • Create professional presentations for global and North America Client Advocates as required.
  • Establish and maintain a quality assurance program within the department.
  • Develop best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance client service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with operational, legislative, and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, sales teams, and external partners to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Participate actively in global initiatives, potentially leading various projects.
  • Update technical manuals and relevant documentation as needed.
  • Dedicate a portion of your role to managing clients as a Claims and/or Accounting Advocate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, Data, Operations, Project Management, or Client Services, preferably in insurance or reinsurance.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2 or PMP) is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in SQL is advantageous, along with advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Proven experience in decision-making, negotiation, and prioritization.
