Job Title: Reinsurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Manager to join our team at Marsh McLennan. As a Reinsurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of business professionals and ensuring that they complete assignments within company standards and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of business professionals to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to execute their roles efficiently.
  • Identify and prioritize workload across the team according to volume and urgency and facilitate the distribution of workload when balancing needs arise.
  • Supervise assigned client portfolios and ensure that team completes assignments within company standards and company SLAs.
  • Analyze customer-specific issues and develop customized solutions to resolve as needed.
  • Identify areas of opportunity in process improvement, system enhancement, and task management to provide better efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in (re)insurance and/or risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Successful management of workload and ability to manage expectations of all clients and stakeholders.
