Job Title: Senior Client Advocate - Accounting

At Aon, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Advocate - Accounting to join our team. As a key member of our reinsurance client services team, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer experience and managing reinsurance premium and pro-rata accounting activities for assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate premium/pro-rata reports and settlements in accordance with contract terms.
  • Assist clients with contractual requirements and help them navigate complex accounting issues.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and/or thought leader in reinsurance accounting.
  • Lead or assist in project planning, strategic management, and development of staff in core areas of expertise.
  • Provide input and feedback for system design and testing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, or similar degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of insurance or reinsurance experience in an accounting, premium, claims, or broker client servicing role.
  • Successful completion of Aon's technical training program or equivalent.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite of products, with Excel emphasis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with strong attention to detail.
